Private Oudtshoorn Cottages are only a short 5 min drive from the main house. These houses offer breath-taking views of the mountains and abundant birdlife, and 162 recorded bird species. This area is malaria-free.
De Zeekoe’s unique charm and extraordinary activities attract guests of a different kind. People from all walks of life visit this stylish lucern farm in search of a unique experience. Guests can choose between various accommodation types, ranging from stylish rooms at the main house to luxurious cottages with their own private pool.
The idyllic setting indeed has something to offer for everyone – from the daring adventure-seekers to those who just yearn for a quiet getaway. This hidden gem has spectacular views with 168 bird species and not the “Big 5” but the “Shy 5”.
Each cottage has been carefully incorporated into the surrounding Karoo field. The 3 cottages are equipped with a minibar, safe, coffee and tea, inside fireplace, outside fireplace, showers only, heater/air-con, guest amenities, bathrobe, slippers and private deck and Free Wi-Fi.
