The luxury villa is located right on the white sandy beach close to Jambiani village. It was completely renovated in 2015 with care and skill to create a comfortable holiday home, whilst retaining many Swahili features and its authentic atmosphere.The original layout of the Riad house with a pool in the central courtyard guarantees privacy and comfort for an intimate, relaxing vacation.The three sea view rooms with private verandas, the two garden view rooms with its own back patio and one room facing the pool are all sizeable with en-suite bathrooms. The villa is separated from the three bungalows and the restaurant area by it’s own private garden and a natural wooden fence.

Aall bedrooms and bathrooms at Sharazad Boutique Hotel & Sharazad Oasis have ceiling fans rather than air-conditioning systems. Large windows provide cross-ventilation and a cool temperature. Solar panels, LED lights, a water desalination plant and waste recycling compost are implemented throughout. The hotel’s aim is to protect the fragile ecosystem of the area and the existing vegetation.
